About the estate
The San Paolo winery is located in Castelfranco Emilia in the Emilia-Romagna region and looks back on a history of more than fifty years. The farming tradition of the Selmi family dates back to 1960, when grandfather Gino laid the foundations. Since the 2000s, the third generation has managed the estate, transforming the traditional agricultural business into a modern and sustainable agritourism property. Alongside winemaking, the estate is dedicated to producing traditional balsamic vinegar from Modena. Visitors can explore the vineyards and the wooden barrel cellars as well as purchase local products directly at the farm or through the online shop.
