The history of the Domaine Salmon dates back to 1766 and is passed down from generation to generation in Château-Thébaud in the Loire region. The family relies on traditional and environmentally conscious viticulture with natural grassing and soil management. Through careful manual work and a rigorous control process from maturation to bottling, the estate strives for high quality in its production. The portfolio includes Muscadet Sèvre et Maine, Gros Plant du Pays Nantais, and various IGP Val de Loire wines. The local terroir and familial expertise shape every single step of the vinification process.
