The Ronfini Leonardo winery is located in Col San Martino in the heart of the historic Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG production zone. The estate is managed by Leonardo, who inherited a passion for winemaking from his parents and grandparents. From the very beginning, the focus has consistently been placed on quality rather than quantity, with plants supported by organic fertilizers and respected throughout their growth cycles. The steep slopes of the area require meticulous cultivation work carried out almost entirely by hand. These grapes yield a distinctive Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG that authentically reflects the unique geographical characteristics of the hills.
