About the estate

The Rodinné vinařství Minařík is a family estate founded in 2004 in Rakvice, continuing the winemaking tradition of the Miloš Lukeš family. The winery cultivates around two hectares of its own vineyards in the Kozí horky and Trkmansko sites, which are located within the Velkopavlovická wine region in Moravia. The focus is on producing high-quality varietal wines from estate-grown grapes that receive dedicated care throughout the year. Gentle and natural processing of the grapes forms the basis for crafting wines with distinctive aromas and flavours. The portfolio includes white varieties such as Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Riesling, Müller-Thurgau, Neuburger, Grüner Veltliner and Moravian Muscat, alongside red varieties like Blaufränkisch, Saint Laurent and Zweigelt.
