About the estate
The historic Quinta do Sampayo estate looks back on more than 300 years of history in the Tejo wine region and cultivates 90 hectares of land in Vale da Pinta. The winery's philosophy centres on sustainable and regenerative agricultural practices with a strong emphasis on healthy soils as the foundation for viticulture. Vinification takes place in a cellar built in the second half of the 1990s, following an approach of minimal intervention and maximum precision. Under the Tejo DOC denomination, the estate produces expressive wines that reflect the local terroir. In addition to winemaking, the property offers wine tastings and wine tourism experiences.
