About the estate

The Casal da Coelheira - Sociedade Agrícola, S.A. estate is located in Tramagal on the southern bank of the Tejo river, with a history of the quinta dating back to 1835. The property was acquired in 1986 by José and Xinanda Rodrigues, who developed it together with their son Nuno into a family project now spanning three generations. The estate covers an area of approximately 300 hectares, distributed among vineyards and various field crops. In the vineyard and winery, winemakers Margarida and Nuno Falcão Rodrigues combine experience with technology to produce authentic wines under the Tejo DOC denomination with a distinct identity.
