About the estate
The Provence Wine Heritage estate cultivates 46 hectares of vines in the Provence region. The organically certified vineyards are situated on shallow, impermeable sandstone and schist soils in the hinterland. Typical Provençal grape varieties such as Syrah, Cinsault, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Grenache noir are grown alongside various white varieties. Harvesting always takes place at night to preserve the freshness and aromas of the berries. The estate produces wines under the AOC Coteaux d'Aix en Provence and AOC Côtes de Provence appellations.
