About the estate

Founded in 1771, the organic Pröglhöf estate is located in Obernalb in the Weinviertel region and is run as a family business by the Pröglhöf family. Cultivating around 50,000 vines, the winery focuses on traditional grape varieties such as Grüner Veltliner and Blauen Zweigelt to vinify typical terroir wines. Working in harmony with nature is carried out organically with a focus on preserving fertile soils and vital vines. In the cellar, the gently harvested and pressed grapes undergo temperature-controlled fermentation to produce characterful wines. The estate also practices vegan winemaking.
