About the estate
The CAVINO company was founded in 1958 by Konstantinos Anastasiou and Ioannis Douskas in Aigio in the Peloponnese. The vineyards are located on the slopes of Aigialeia, where the encounter between mountain and sea creates ideal conditions for viticulture. The portfolio includes both indigenous grape varieties such as Roditis, Lagorthi, Sideritis, Mavro Kalavrytino, and Mavrodaphne, as well as international varieties like Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Riesling, Merlot, Syrah, and Cabernet Sauvignon. Production is carried out using cutting-edge technology, which includes four bottling lines and climate-controlled storage areas. Today, the winery exports about 70 percent of its production to more than 55 countries worldwide.
The eno directory lists 9 wines, mostly from Agiorgitiko and Moschofilero.
