About the estate
Founded in 2020, the Pauls Winery estate manages six hectares of vineyards within the Moselle luxembourgeoise. The operations began with the acquisition of plots in Schengen and Remerschen featuring grape varieties such as Rivaner, Gewürztraminer, and Auxerrois. Cellar work and vineyard management are supported by partners including Jeff Konsbrück as well as family members. The portfolio includes more than eleven different wine varieties under the Moselle Luxembourgeoise AOP denomination. Each bottle reflects the distinct character and terroir of the Luxembourg Moselle region.
