About the estate
The Paier estate, which has existed since 1847, is run jointly by Theodor Paier senior and junior as a family business. It cultivates a 20-hectare vineyard area in the best locations of the Retzer Weinberge on the slopes of the Manhartsberg. The mild, dry climate and numerous hours of sunshine form the basis for the quality of the wines. The care of the vines, careful harvesting, gentle pressing and long maturation in oak barrels bring the wines to full maturity. The winery is based in the Weinviertel and participates in various wine fairs with top ratings.
