The Pago del Vicario estate is situated on the banks of the Guadiana River near Ciudad Real at the foothills of the Montes de Toledo. The property encompasses 130 hectares of vineyards surrounding a modern winery building designed to blend naturally into the landscape. Cultivated grape varieties include Tempranillo, Garnacha Tintorera, Merlot, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Graciano, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon Blanc. Vinification takes place in cellars equipped with barrel rooms featuring French, American, and Caucasian oak. In addition to wine production, the enterprise includes a boutique hotel and a restaurant.
