About the estate The Obstweinkellerei Am Wässerchen estate is located in the heart of the German-Luxembourg Nature Park and was founded in Eschfeld in the summer of 1983 by Rudi and Sigi Wagner. The primary raw material is traditional orchard fruit from the Eifel region, which the company uses to produce up to 12 varieties of fruit wines, non-alcoholic juices, and the regional specialty Viez. Since its beginnings with a simple apple press, the operation has continuously expanded and now utilizes stainless steel tanks and oak barrels for maturation. In addition to direct sales from the cellar, the products are distributed via online shipping and the estate also offers custom processing for local apples.
