About the estate
The Nyakas Pince Zrt. estate is located in the Etyek-Buda wine region within the settlement of Tök at the foot of the Nyakas Hill. The winery cultivates 190 hectares of vineyards, consisting of 88 percent white and 12 percent red grape varieties. The cultivated varieties include Irsai Olivér, Chardonnay, Müller Thurgau, Sauvignon blanc, Rajnai rizling, Pinot Gris, Kadarka, Pinot noir, Merlot, and Kékfrankos. The estate primarily focuses on producing fresh, reductive white wines rich in fragrant essences and flavors. Grape production started in 1991, with winemaking operations following in 1997.
