The family-owned Nouveau St-Clement estate in Flanthey in Valais was founded in 1975 by the Lamon brothers with the objective of producing high-quality wine. Today, the business is managed by Christian Lamon, supported by Carlo Ferruglio for vinification and Pedro Silva Gomes for the vineyards. The portfolio includes various bottlings with the AOC Valais designation, featuring traditional grape varieties such as Fendant, Cornalin, Syrah, and Humagne Rouge. The vineyards are located on the sunny slopes of Flanthey.
