About the estate

The Mohrenberger estate in Perchtoldsdorf in the Thermenregion has farmed its vineyards according to organic guidelines since 1977. In the vineyard, the winery consistently avoids synthetic fertilizers and sprays, relying instead on compost, primary rock flour, plant slurries, and cover crops. All wines originate from the estate's own vineyards. In the cellar, the use of fining agents and chaptalization is entirely avoided, while sulfur additions are significantly reduced. The product range exclusively comprises wines produced under controlled organic standards.
