About the estate
The Maurer estate is based in Röschitz in the Weinviertel region and cultivates a vineyard area of twelve hectares. The winegrowing family is deeply rooted in the region and primarily produces Veltliner on the vineyards around the Manhartsberg. The single-vineyard sites around Röschitz offer a combination of optimal sunlight exposure and primary rock soils. The portfolio includes wines from the Weinviertel DAC denomination, which are distributed through partners in Austria and international markets.
The eno directory lists 11 wines, mostly from Grüner Veltliner and Pinot Blanc. The estate sells to distributors and horeca. Export markets include Germany and Czechia.
