Maso Cantanghel

About the estate

The Maso Cantanghel estate cultivates vineyards in locations around Cembra in the Cembra Valley, the Adige Valley, and in Civezzano, where the vines grow on clay soils rich in fossiliferous red limestone. The winery is managed by Federico Simoni and his family, who produce their wines with respect for nature and the surrounding landscapes. The vineyards benefit from volcanic soils featuring quartz porphyry and a distinct microclimate strongly influenced by winds such as the föhn. Through simple and precise vinification, the estate crafts wines such as the Sauvignon blanc from Vigna Cantanghel, which are defined by naturalness and elegance.
