About the estate
The Mas Gabriel estate was founded in 2006 by Deborah and Peter Core in Caux, Languedoc, and covers 6.5 hectares of vineyards. The vines grow on soils rich in volcanic basalt, gravel, and limestone, farmed according to organic agricultural principles. The grape varieties cultivated include Mediterranean classics such as Carignan, Syrah, Cinsault, Grenache, and Vermentino. Farming is conducted without chemical fertilizers or herbicides, and all grapes are harvested entirely by hand. Vinification is kept natural, with red grape varieties fermented separately in small vats.
