About the estate
The Malý vinař winery was founded in 1992 in Velké Bílovice and currently cultivates 15 hectares of vineyards. The local soils originate from a shallow tertiary sea and mineral deposits from the Dyje river, providing a diverse range of terrains. Vineyard management avoids the use of herbicides, utilizing grass and herb covers to support water retention and biodiversity. Vinification takes place in the center of the municipality, where wines are matured in barrels and concrete vessels. The estate produces over 200,000 bottles annually, offering honest wines for enthusiasts.
