The Maison Denuziere estate works plot by plot from the vineyard to the cellar to preserve the fruit, freshness, and elegance of the wines. The juices are vinified separately by parcel to maintain their specific characteristics. The wines undergo a slow and meticulous whole-bunch infusion process and are aged in barrels previously used for Pinot Noir. This method allows for a delicate maturation that particularly benefits the Syrah variety. The wines are widely recognized and represented in renowned gastronomic establishments.
