The Château du Moulin-à-Vent estate has existed since 1732 and is located in the heart of the Moulin-à-Vent appellation in the northern Beaujolais region. At the center of the property, surrounded by vineyards, stands a historical chapel that now serves as a boutique. Édouard and Brice manage the winery and produce wines from regional plots known for their aging potential. Furthermore, parts of every historical vintage are preserved in private cellars to document the estate's developmental history.
