About the estate

The Lusvardi winery in San Martino in Rio in Emilia-Romagna is a recently established family estate with a total area of seven hectares, including 3.5 hectares of vineyards. The estate works exclusively with the indigenous grape varieties Lambrusco Salamino and Lambrusco Grasparossa to produce distinctive regional wines. Since 2011, the Podere il Serraglio vineyard has been converted to organic farming with a focus on enhancing biodiversity and respecting the local terroir. The entire production has been certified organic since 2014 and includes various sparkling and still wines produced naturally without synthetic treatments.
