About the estate

The Gerhard J. Lobner winery cultivates ten hectares of vineyards in Mannersdorf an der March in the Weinviertel region. The vineyards extend across the Ried Rochusberg and Ried Gelsenberg sites, which are characterized by deep loess soils and a microclimate shaped by the March river and Pannonian influences. Riesling and Welschriesling thrive on the south-facing slopes and terraced systems alongside other varieties. The portfolio includes characterful wines marketed under the Weinviertel DAC designation.
