About the estate
The family-run Les Vignes de Paradis estate was founded in 2008 when the winery took over vineyard plots in Ballaison, Haute-Savoie. Viticulture is conducted according to biodynamic principles with a natural, artisanal approach. The portfolio includes the Pinot Gris grape variety as well as various red and white cuvées such as Quintessence. The vinification process takes place without artifice to express the richness of the alpine terroir. In addition to winemaking, the property operates a wine bar located directly in the heart of the vineyards.
