The Les Vignerons de Mistral estate has been active in the heart of Provence since 1923 and cultivates a vineyard area of 490 hectares. The vineyards are spread across several communes on predominantly clay-limestone soils and include a wide variety of traditional Provençal grape varieties. The winery is certified as HVE Haute Valeur Environnementale and focuses on sustainable and environmentally friendly practices. The produced wines comprise red, white, and rosé cuvées under the AOC Coteaux d'Aix en Provence denomination as well as IGP Méditerranée.
