About the estate
The Les Freres Dubois SA estate cultivates vineyards in the Lavaux region, including the plots of Château de Glérolles in the Saint-Saphorin appellation as well as Dézaley. The winemaking tradition dates back to 1927, and the wines are aged in the historic cellars of the Petit Versailles building. The production focuses primarily on the Chasselas grape variety, harvested from steep slope and terraced vineyards. Vinification takes place using modern equipment combined with traditional maturation in large oak casks.
