About the estate
The Les Celliers de Vetroz estate is situated in the village of Vétroz in the Valais wine region. The domain cultivates five hectares of vineyards on steep terraced slopes that are harvested by hand. The soils consist of marl and limestone, and the climate is generally dry and sunny. Originally founded by their parents, the winery is operated and managed today by four brothers and sisters as a family affair. The portfolio includes various white and red grape varieties, featuring indigenous varieties such as Amigne, Petite Arvine, Cornalin, and Humagne Rouge.
The eno directory lists 19 wines, mostly from Pinot Noir and Amigne. The estate sells to retail. Export markets include United Kingdom, Germany and Italy.
