About the estate
The Les Cadoles de Chardonnay estate is run as a family business by Patrick and Nicolas Laugère in the Mâconnais region. The vineyards are cultivated according to sustainable agricultural practices. The winery produces fruity white wines from Chardonnay as well as red wines from Gamay and Pinot Noir. All wines are aged in the pure Burgundian tradition. Historical dry-stone huts and traditional vineyard shelters are preserved across the estate's plots.
