About the estate

Through a generational shift, the wine brand Lena & Sebastian emerged from the Baum estate in Rheinhessen. The winery cultivates its vineyards in a consciously environmentally friendly manner and produces vegan wines. Sebastian accompanies every grape by hand and with precision from the vine to the bottle. Lena freehand captures the essence of each wine with mandalas that make every bottle unique. The family business distributes its wines through its own vinotheque, the online shop, and selected partners in gastronomy and retail.
