About the estate
The Le Rughe estate has operations across three locations including the mountain area near Belluno, the hills of the Prosecco Conegliano Valdobbiadene, and the plain surrounding Gaiarine in the province of Treviso. Spanning seventy hectares of vineyards at the Tenuta di Cor, the estate cultivates classic grape varieties such as Glera, Moscato, Pinot nero, Chardonnay, and Pinot bianco alongside fungus-resistant varieties like Solaris, Aromera, and Johannitter. Parts of the vineyards are dedicated to these disease-resistant vines or are undergoing conversion to organic farming. The vineyards are situated across varying altitudes and also include sites in Ogliano. The winery was established in the nineteen-sixties by Gaetano Sandro, who attended the School of Enology in Conegliano.
The eno directory lists 17 wines, mostly from Glera and Pinot Gris. The estate sells to retail.

La più ricca complessità aromatica è offerta in quest’unica espressione di Prosecco Superiore. Sorge lento da un terreno calcareo e argilloso e sboccia collinare con un’elegante cremosità.
