About the estate

The Domaine Le Grand Castelet estate is located in Tarascon and spans approximately 150 hectares in a single plot along the Rhône river. The local environment featuring stones, garrigue, wind, and sunshine provides the conditions for winemaking within the Alpilles appellation. The estate buildings and cellar feature thick stone walls alongside a traditional Provençal courtyard centered around a sundial dating back to 1740. The grapes are harvested in the cool morning hours and vinified within a natural cold room. Across generations, the family is dedicated to cultivating and producing precise, fresh wines.
