The Le Bouc et la Treille winery produces organic red, white and rosé wines within the AOC Coteaux du Lyonnais in Poleymieux-au-Mont-d'Or. Maintaining biodiversity near Lyon is a central focus, which is why the vineyards are managed with one hundred percent natural cover crops and largely by hand. The wines reflect the regional terroir and present a complex and characterful style. The estate team places great emphasis on environmentally conscious production in coexistence with lush fauna and flora.
