About the estate

The Lantieri de Paratico estate looks back on a centuries-old history in Franciacorta with roots dating back to the year 930. The family relocated to Capriolo in the 16th century, where they already supplied wine to prominent Renaissance courts. Today, the historic winery located in the medieval village of Capriolo combines 17th-century vaulted cellars with modern production technology. The vineyards are farmed organically, and all grapes are harvested by hand. Grown on siliceous-clay soils rich in limestone, the estate produces Franciacorta wines characterized by freshness and minerality.
