Bosio

About the estate

The Bosio estate is located in Corte Franca in Lombardy and spans thirty hectares within the Franciacorta wine region. In the 1990s, the Bosio family established the winery with the primary objective of producing quality wines with respect for the environment. The vineyards on hillside sites are cultivated with varieties such as Chardonnay, Pinot nero, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Barbera. To achieve high quality, the estate employs dense trellis planting combined with low yields per vine. The portfolio includes wines from the Franciacorta DOCG and Curtefranca DOC denominations.
