About the estate
The La Frassina estate originated in 1940 following the reclamation of an inner part of the Caorle lagoon by Mario Pasti and Francesco Pasti. Located on the edge of the Vallevecchia nature reserve, the winery is committed to quality and sustainability in harmony with the natural environment. Since 2005, the siblings Lucia and Carlo Pasti, joined in 2022 by the young Filippo Pasti, have been running the winery. They produce wines that reflect the distinctive character and the salinity of the nearby lagoon.
