About the estate

The Kumhofer estate is located in Matzen-Raggendorf in the Weinviertel region and has been family-owned for about three generations. Varietal wines are produced on a vineyard area of approximately 13 hectares. The winery combines modern cellar technology with ecological vineyard management to offer a diverse range of varieties and qualities. In addition to wine, the portfolio also includes house-made fruit spirits. Distribution is directed at private connoisseurs, gastronomy, and specialty shops across Austria.

The eno directory lists 25 wines, mostly from Grüner Veltliner and Blauer Portugieser. The estate sells to horeca and retail.
