About the estate

The Krauthaker estate cultivates vineyards on the southern slopes of Krndija and Papuk in Kutjevo. The parcels are situated at altitudes between 200 and 400 meters on predominantly sandy, loamy, and mineral-rich soils. A long-standing history shapes this terroir, where Graševina serves as the most widespread grape variety defining the distinctive style of the wines. Farming follows ecological and sustainable principles with high planting densities to ensure an optimal balance between yields and quality. The combination of continental influences and the protection of surrounding forests creates a favorable microclimate for grape development.
