The KORE - Wein & mehr winery was founded in 2015 by Laura and Fabian Kerbeck in Deidesheim in the Palatinate region. From the very beginning, the founders have cultivated their own vineyards according to organic principles and are currently undergoing certification. Their vineyard management focuses on promoting plant diversity to support beneficial insects. In the cellar, the estate balances manual labor, machinery, and deliberate patience to allow the wines sufficient time to mature. In addition to a traditional assortment, their distribution model includes vine sponsorships through an online platform and a returnable deposit system using wooden crates for delivery.
