About the estate
The Moravian family winery KORÁB - Živá Hora was founded in 2006 and cultivates nearly four hectares of vineyards with vines up to 83 years old. The old vines are managed organically with the incorporation of a biodynamic philosophy on limestone and loess soils. In the cellar, the estate relies on spontaneous fermentation and authentic vinification without additives. Traditional methods are rediscovered in the process to produce characteristic wines from the Morava region.
