About the estate
The Klimpfinger winery is a small family business located in Ziersdorf in the Weinviertel region, managed by the Klimpfinger family. To keep operations running, all family members pitch in, with Leopold Klimpfinger shouldering the main responsibility for cultivating and processing the wines. During time-consuming vineyard work and the traditional grape harvest, the three children as well as relatives and acquaintances also assist the estate. The winery spans a cultivated area of five hectares, producing wines that include the Weinviertel DAC denomination.
