About the estate

The Schreckbichl winery is located in Eppan an der Weinstraße in South Tyrol, originating from a small district with a winemaking history dating back to around 1200. Behind the estate stand 300 families who cultivate the vineyards throughout the year and deliver their hand-harvested grapes in autumn. The vineyards are situated in a glacial hilly landscape influenced by a climate between the Alps and the Mediterranean. The winery produces characterful wines under the Alto Adige DOC denomination, featuring a classified single-vineyard line with reduced yields and high aging potential.
