About the estate

The Kattner organic winery in Reichersdorf in the Traisental looks back on a history of more than thirty years. Following a three-year conversion phase, the estate has been working organically since the 2018 vintage, resulting in all wines from the 2021 vintage onwards being certified organic wines. The winery places great importance on the protection and preservation of nature in harmony with traditional vineyard management. The wines reflect their origin from the Traisental DAC region. In addition to winemaking, the estate runs a wine tavern focusing on regional quality.
