About the estate
The Kapistoni Winery estate is located within the pristine eco-zone of Saguramo village in the Mtskheta region of Georgia and represents an enduring family viniculture legacy. Grapes are sourced exclusively from ecologically cultivated vineyards in the Kartli region, featuring ancient and indigenous grape varieties. The winery remains deeply committed to the traditional Qvevri method, utilizing clay vessels buried in the earth for the aging process. Through minimal intervention during fermentation and aging, the estate crafts authentic, artisanal wines of exceptional quality.
