The Jan Zálešák - VÍNO NECHORY winery is located in Prušánky within the Slovácká wine subregion in Moravia, continuing a long-standing family tradition in viticulture. Commercial activity in wine production has been established since 1995. Currently, the estate cultivates 5.2 hectares of vineyards, with a varietal composition that leans towards red grape varieties. Winemaking utilizes modern technologies including vinificators, controlled fermentation, and malolactic fermentation. The production focuses on quality and attribute wines using grapes exclusively from its own vineyards situated in the municipal wine tracts of Prušánky and Josefov.
