About the estate

The Heuriger Schrefl-Stummer estate in Tiefenfucha has been managed for four generations and covers a vineyard area of approximately three hectares. Nature-conscious practices and dedicated vineyard management form the basis for producing healthy grapes. The portfolio includes Grüner Veltliner, Frühroter Veltliner, Riesling, and Blauer Portugieser, among other varieties. The white wines are processed quickly and coolly in stainless steel tanks to preserve their fruitiness, while the red wine undergoes traditional skin contact fermentation. The farm's production is additionally complemented by the cultivation of apricots.
