About the estate
The Heger estate has been cultivating white and red grapes in Poysdorf since the 18th century. In the vineyards on sandy, stony and loamy soils, varieties such as Grüner Veltliner, Welschriesling, Riesling, Chardonnay, Zweigelt and Neuburger thrive. The family places great value on close partnership with nature and quality-oriented work in the vineyards. In the winery, processing is carried out through early morning harvesting, gentle pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The portfolio includes fruity and elegant wines with a harmonious body.
