The Ing. Johann Hans winery is located in Asparn an der Zaya in the Weinviertel region. The estate has been family-owned since 1956 and cultivates seven hectares of vineyards. The winery applies controlled and integrated plant protection as well as principles of close-to-nature production in the vineyard and the cellar. Through measures such as strict thinning, targeted foliage management, gentle pressing, and controlled fermentation, the estate produces typical regional wines, including wines of the Weinviertel DAC denomination.
