About the estate
The Giulio & Mauro estate is a family-run winery located in Santa Massenza, Trentino, with a history dating back to 1900 and now managed across five generations. The vineyards cover approximately four hectares in Santa Massenza and neighboring villages, cultivating grape varieties such as Schiava, Nosiola, Moscato, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Negrara. Prior to harvesting, a careful selection of the grapes is carried out to favor quality in order to create a unique product. In addition to winemaking, the winery is dedicated to the traditional distillation of fresh pomace using an old copper bain-marie still.
