The Gilardi le Vin Ensoleille company was founded in 1906 by Pierre Gilardi in Les Arcs in the heart of Provence and is managed today in family succession by Jean-Michel Mauro. The facility features modern equipment with temperature-controlled areas and holds certifications for HACCP and IFS Food. Specializing in wines from southern France, the operation primarily commercializes rosé wines produced from traditional Provençal grape varieties such as Grenache, Mourvèdre, Cinsault, Syrah, Carignan, and Tibouren. The portfolio encompasses wines from the Côtes de Provence and Bandol appellations as well as regional IGP categories for the national and international market. Working alongside partner winegrowers and dedicated oenologists, the enterprise places great emphasis on precise winemaking to preserve freshness and fruit aromas.
